We have a variety of volunteer positions available, including helping at the front desk, assisting with interpretation, and more. We value the diverse skills and perspectives our volunteers bring, and we're open to exploring different possibilities based on your interests and availability.

Key Volunteer Opportunities:

  • Front Desk Assistance: Greet visitors, assist with ticket and gift shop purchases, and provide information about the museum and site.
  • Historical Interpretation: Share the rich history of the early frontier from the timeframe of 1790, guide tours, and participate in educational programs.
  • Special Event Support: Help organize and execute special events, including our unique nighttime events like "Haunting on the Mount" and "Candlelight Christmas."
