About the role:

• Liaising with clients and insurers, representing them in courts, conferences and hearings if need be.
• Drafting/preparing relevant legal documents.
• Working on a diverse range of highly sensitive matters, primarily workers compensation and work injury claims.

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer with 3-5 PQE within a similar role.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Excellent communication skills & meticulous attention to detail.
• Have a highly level of empathy and emotional awareness, to appropriately help clients during this difficulty time
