Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
- Review and analyze complex commercial purchase and sale agreements.
- Conduct title and survey examinations and assist with title curative matters.
- Coordinate with commercial lenders, ensuring compliance with financing requirements.
- Draft and prepare closing documents, including deeds, loan documents, and closing statements.
- Organize and manage transaction files, deadlines, and due diligence materials.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm with a commercial real estate practice.
- Proven experience working with commercial lenders and handling loan documentation.
- Strong knowledge of title and survey examination and real estate due diligence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
