Join our team as a Development Compliance Officer at Redland City Council:

 

Join a supportive and high-energy team in a fast-paced environment where on-the-job training is provided. We have multiple opportunities available for proactive team players to help enforce building, development and planning regulations across Redlands Coast.

 

In this role, you’ll investigate complaints of development breaches and undertake enforcement procedures for non-compliance and provide expert technical advice to internal and external stakeholders. You'll be responsible for managing a caseload of investigations, draft regulatory notices and reports and ensure compliance with state legislation, local laws and council policies.

Eligibility:

 

  • You'll hold a current 'C' class driver’s licence.
