Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary of $54,200.00 - $81,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
The Financial Analyst I, Field Delivery position provides financial, analytical, and project support for the Field Engineering and East Region Field Delivery teams. This role will perform basic financial and operational analyses to identify emerging trends, reporting, performance comparisons, and support business case + ad-hoc needs. This will be a highly collaborative position working on activities with other team members and business partners to complete and reports to the Director of the group.
Primary Responsibilities
- Performs data analysis - Gathers and compiles data used for identifying business trends. Accesses and manipulates data from company data systems and sources.
- Performs modeling - Prepares and presents economic models and analyses.
- Performs reporting – Creates, maintains, and modifies recurring and ad-hoc reporting.
- Support financial and operational consultative services through collaborative partnerships - Analyzes and reviews data and supports resolving questions and/or problems.
- Monitor and optimize business processes - Provides and reviews data to ensure both compliance and effectiveness of operational and financial processes, supports identifying anomalies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years’ experience in a related field and no degree.
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of Oracle, OneStream, PowerBI, or SQL is a plus
