JOB TITLE: Financial Systems Analyst

SUMMARY: This role is onsite at our Newport Beach office. The Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial systems and applications, a deep understanding of data analysis, and strong communication skills. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, manage system configurations, and ensure seamless integration of applications to support business operations. 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • CRM (Salesforce) Administration: Perform daily maintenance tasks, including user management, security settings, and permission adjustments.
  • System Monitoring: Regularly check system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal functionality of Salesforce and other integrated applications.
  • Data Management: Maintain data integrity by managing deduplication, validation rules, and data imports/exports.
  • User Support & Training: Assist users with troubleshooting, provide guidance on best practices, and conduct training sessions when necessary.
  • Automation & Workflow Maintenance: Manage and update automation tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules to streamline operations.
  • Integration Monitoring: Oversee integrations with third-party applications, identify errors, and work with vendors or internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and ensure data accuracy.
  • System Upgrades & Enhancements: Stay updated with Salesforce releases, assess new features, and implement system improvements. Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce and Tamarac, including managing configurations, user roles, and data integrity.
  • Cross System Integrations: Assist in managing and developing cross-system data integrations to automate and streamline day-to-day business operations

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Broad understanding of database system architecture and models.
  • Ability to problem solve and research external resources to find optimal solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and formulate analysis plans with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certificate a plus.
  • Licensed Series 7 a plus.
