Jr. Staff Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and help resolve discrepancies.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, offering insights on financial trends.
• Maintain organized financial records in line with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with senior accountants on audits and tax filings.
• Contribute to improving accounting processes and controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the agriculture sector.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
