Our client, a major national law firm, seeking a talented and experienced Litigation Paralegal to support the Firm’s Eminent Domain & Inverse Condemnation, Environmental & Land Use practice. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of working as a paralegal in a mid-size or large law firm. The position will be hybrid remote (onsite 2+ days per week) in the firms Seattle, WA office. 

The successful candidate’s annual compensation for this position is reasonably expected to be set between $85,000 and $110,000 per year. However, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the firm’s litigation practice, specifically their eminent domain & inverse condemnation, environmental & land use practice.
• Manage litigation files and documents.
• Perform legal research, generate status reports, logs, and indices.
• Compile and prepare evidence utilizing the firm’s databases.
• Supervise eDiscovery.
• Oversee document review databases.
• Prepare for depositions, mediations, settlement conferences and trials.
• Other litigation duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4-5 years of paralegal experience.
• Prior eminent domain experience preferred, not required.
• Strong software skills.
• Experience overseeing multiple case workflows.
• eDiscovery experience, including experience with privilege logs and working with protective orders.
• Ability to work independently.
