We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Malpractice Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to our attorneys as they handle a wide variety of personal injury cases, from inception to resolution.

You will be expected to:

• Manage all aspects of medical malpractice cases from beginning to end.
• Gather, analyze, and research information.
• Communicating and corresponding with clients, providers and others in the legal community.
• Maintaining client files.
• Request bills and medical records.
• Preparing various legal documents, including demands.
• Be highly accurate.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
• Have a positive outlook and vision.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:

• Medical Malpractice Litigation experience is a MUST (as a Paralegal).
• Proficiency with case management systems.
• Proficiency with computers, telephone lines, and other related office equipment.
• Must have strong organizational skills; be able to follow instructions, switch tasks quickly and meet hard deadlines.
• Must exercise sound judgment, work independently, and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent planning and reporting skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,534.96 - $63,267.91 per year
