What You'll Do:

As an integral part of our Foreclosure team, you will:

  • Manage attorneys' schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Act as a key point of contact by receiving and screening calls for partners, facilitating communication with clients, judges, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals.
  • Coordinate and schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and examinations under oath.
  • E-File documents via E-Portal and E-Service to opposing counsel efficiently and accurately.
  • Track and manage documents produced in response to requests from agencies.
  • Draft essential legal documents, including correspondences, form pleadings, basic motions, and notices.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the unit.
  • Keep client systems (BKFS/Tempo) up-to-date, ensuring all active matters reflect a current status within a 30-day timeframe.

What We're Looking For:

We’re searching for a candidate who is:

  • Experienced: At least 3 years of relevant foreclosure or bankruptcy experience, with a solid understanding of legal proceedings.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite is a must; experience with Aderant Total Office (ATO) is a plus.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Collaborative: A team player who communicates effectively and can work well with diverse groups.
