Summary:
The Project Accountant will support multiple projects teams regarding contract modifications, compliance, payments, reports, and any other duties related to projects.
Responsibilities
Effectively communicate with Project Managers and clients regarding contract documents, change orders and other contract modifications, approvals and any additional services related to the billing process
Prepare pre-billing reports for project managers to review
Prepare and send final billing documents including applicable back up documentation
Monitor receivable income and support project managers with collections
Review and input accounts payable invoices and subcontractor pay applications
Support company wide vendor maintenance (W-9, certificate of insurance, lien waivers)
Review timecards; submit Certified Payroll reports
Create and submit government reports and tax returns
Assist with month-end activities and month-end reporting, as needed
Support audit requests
Assist Controller with payroll and Human Resource issues as needed
