Location - Bolingbrook, IL (Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (JD Edwards) to support and optimize our Finance and Manufacturing operations. This role will serve as a critical liaison between business users and technical teams, responsible for ERP system implementations, process improvements, and ongoing support of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
Lead JD Edwards EnterpriseOne financial and manufacturing system enhancements.
Conduct system analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis to improve system performance and business outcomes.
Manage change requests and prioritization using ServiceNow/JIRA.
Configure and support modules including Manufacturing, MRP, Shop Floor Management, Procurement, Inventory, and BOM.
Partner with operations and supply chain teams to enhance efficiency and ensure seamless integration with finance processes.
Oversee General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
Support month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial integrity checks.
Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and audit requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors.
Assist with ERP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
Develop and maintain training materials, user documentation, and best practices.
7+ years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP systems.
Strong experience with Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Manufacturing Accounting, Product Costing).
Experience in Manufacturing modules (MRP, Procurement, BOM, Inventory Management, Shop Floor)preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience with JD Edwards upgrades and large-scale ERP implementations.
Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis.
PMP or Scrum Master certification.
Experience working in Manufacturing or Supply Chain environments.
Familiarity with EDI integrations and financial reporting tools (ReportsNow, Insight).
Competitive salary: $120,000–$125,563 annually + quarterly incentive pay.
